Yeah, now that we live pretty close to that area I see that construction site all the time. It was previously a gas station, so I'd like to think the "better" has something to do with being "green", aka earth-friendly. Maybe it's the clean up crew? Gas stations and dry cleaners leave really nasty toxins in the soil that have to be cleaned up before the lot can be used for something else. I realize now that over time the image of grass on the tarp has grown taller as the project has progressed. I guess the blades of grass will hit the top once it's all done. Kinda interested to see what it'll be. BTW, I'm back from Japan. heh
