San Diego Asian film fest and Hawaii film fest
I'm making my rounds. First, it's the San Diego Asian Film Festival, sponsored by Toyota Matrix, this is a fast riser. This festival features a lot of "celebrities", sorry it's in quotes because to a lot, they're not, but even to me, I'd say they are. Dirty Hands by Harry Kim will be showing. I'm supposed to intro the film, but we'll see if Harry ends up doing it himself. Dirty Hands screenings. Oct 10 and Oct 15
Also playing is Chocolate from Thailand. Do not fuck with Thai women. See this trailer.
After SD, I'm off to the Louis Vuitton Hawaii Film Festival for just a couple of days. I'll be there for a hot second. Dirty Hands will also be playing out there. Shenanigans in HI? Maybe so.

I was down in SD on Monday to drop off his art for SDAFF and I somehow wound up helping to hang lights for their art show. While you're at the Hazard Center you should check out my friend's paintings, his name is Jarrett Q.
man. I really wanna see Dirty Hands. Hope it's coming to NY soon. also. yes! Chocolate was some awesome piece of Thai bad ass-ness. Followed it on a recommendation via GR + Martin. Pretty cool. Rebel Girls of Competetive Swimmers... not, that cool. just ok.
