Roast Chicken

Sometimes, I have to eat too and there are times, when I'm at home and gotta make something. So what to do? I had a whole chicken frozen in the freezer, it was the night that I would roast this thing. I defrosted it, threw some veggies around it, a tiny bit of oil, salt and pepper, and did it up for an hour a 1/4 at 450 and then 375. I read someplace that you go 450 for 20 minutes, then the rest at 375. Either way, I tried, and I think I succeeded.

The veggies tasted good too. I know I can do better next time with some herbs and more. I guess cooking is as hard as making the effort. Sometimes, you'll suck but sometimes, you'll be alright.
