They are doing some seriously interesting marketing, can't figure out quite yet if it is smart and innovative, or vague and stupid.

yeah it's jj abrams, project cloverfield is the codename, supposedly a monster flick. need to see it NOW.
the weirdest/best speculation i've heard is:
1) a movie adaptation of the video game Rampage!
or
2) a cthulhu/Elder Gods adaptation of Lovecraft.
either could be wacky. it has a budget of 30mil, so curious to hear what the final product will be marketed/pushed as...
I heard Its Godzilla 2!
It's the next Star Trek Movie. That has been confiremed.
