The old man, 89 with a murder rap, might not get much prison time. Who knows, but either way, I think he and his family may be screwed, who knows what kind of lawsuits will happen. I heard there were 70 injured! I know one killed was a homeless guy.



I once talked to a guy who has a space right near the beginning of the crash site. He told me the first person get killed was a homeless person. Did that person have a family who had an opinion on whether this guy should go to prison or not? How about any restitution payments? I'm still not sure if prison is the way to go for this old fart. But all I know is that if I did it, I'd be in prison.
